Your responsibilities:


  • Independent contact with existing and potential customers of Telekom
  • Expert advice, support, and conducting informative sales conversations by phone (possibly by fax and email) for tariff changes, contract extensions, and optimizations
  • Providing information about products, prices, or tariffs
  • Up and crossselling
  • Customer winback
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting the quality requirements of the client

  • Pleasant telephone voice and good verbal expression
  • Commitment, sales affinity, and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Friendly, understanding, and convincing manner in customer contact
  • Willingness to work towards goals and targets
  • High quality awareness
  • Basic PC knowledge

Your salary:

In sales, you will receive
12 Euros/hour plus bonus (an additional average of 2.50 Euros/h
