As the Personal Brand Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and conveying the executive's brand narrative across various platforms.

This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and calendar management to enhance the e xecutive's visibility and influence in their industry.


Vision for the Role**:

The executive's vision for this brand-building initiative is to positively impact the global community through the sharing of knowledge, networking opportunities, and innovative ideas.

The objective is to achieve a significant outreach, targeting a follower base of 1 million on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others by the conclusion of 2027.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the executive's brand goals, values, and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience needs, and competitive positioning to inform content creation.
  • Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
  • Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars
  • Creating and maintaining editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans
  • Plan and manage a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content creation and publication across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and public appearances.
  • Write, edit, and produce compelling content that accurately reflects the executive's voice and brand message, such as articles, speeches, blog posts, social media updates, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive to capture their insights, thoughts, and viewpoints for authentic content creation.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content.
  • Measure and analyze content performance to ensure it meets engagement, growth, and brand positioning goals. Adjust strategies as necessary based on analytics and feedback. Stay abreast of content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the content strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in C ommunications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in a similar content strategy position
  • Proven experience in content strategy, content creation, podcast creation and digital marketing, preferably with experience in personal branding or executive positioning.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to capture and convey the executive's voice and message clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and social media platforms, SEO principles, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinker with strong research and analytical abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation, with a genuine interest in capturing and sharing impactful stories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with highlevel executives.

Pay Range:
$75,000 - $95,000 per year
