- New order entry of assignments into the company's case management system
- Identifying and assigning assignments to the appropriate field agent
- Managing assigned assignments to ensure timely progress statuses to client and timely assignment completion
- Create and maintain positive relationships with field agents and clients
- High school diploma or GED
- Excels at project management and organization
- Demonstrates advanced math and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in quickly adapting and mastering various software platforms in an ever-evolving technologically assisted environment
- Ability and desire to enthusiastically adapt to evolving job competencies and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A PILB registration card is required (upon hire), this will require a background check with the PILB
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm
