Your Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries (via web, phone, in person)
- Assisting and advising customers during sales conversations in the shop
- Customer consultation and creating offers
- Ordering, receiving, and shipping of goods
- Shelf maintenance, promotions, and product presentation
- Developing sales support and promotions
- Shipping goods to customers and handling returns and complaints
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent
- Sales talents and career changers from other industries are welcome
- Enthusiasm for caravanning, camping, outdoor, and/or grilling
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for sales
- Proficient in using computers and common office products
- Enjoying your job, developing unique ideas, and applying your talents in practice every day
- Team spirit and willingness to continuously develop yourself
