Description

The purpose of the job is to fill the position of Electrical Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) at the Zweckverband Müllheizkraftwerk Stadt und Landkreis Bamberg, as part of a succession plan.

The MHKW has been in operation and has continuously developed.

The plant, with three lines, annually processes approximately t of residual waste from the area of the association members Stadt and Landkreis Bamberg, as well as municipal partnerships.

The co-incineration of sewage sludge, the generation of electricity and district heating, and the operation of its own district heating network complement the thermal waste treatment.

Approximately 80 employees ensure the efficient operation of the MHKW and long-term disposal security for the municipalities.

Your main tasks will include coordinating and managing maintenance and optimization projects, initiating and overseeing tenders for planning, construction, and installation services to implement maintenance and optimization projects in accordance with procurement law, construction supervision and quality assurance during the implementation of maintenance and optimization projects, instruction/supervision of external personnel regarding legal and internal safety regulations, monitoring compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements, and reviewing project-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Your profile should include a completed apprenticeship as an electrician/electronics technician, ideally with a master's/technician's degree in the aforementioned fields, several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance and project planning of electrical systems, assertiveness and safety-oriented work, especially when dealing with external personnel,
