Your new challenge.

You are responsible for the branchspecific goals and lead the branch team
You regularly conduct goal, result, and development discussions with all team members
You provide holistic support to your assigned customers in all areas of need within the bank's customer care concept
You use cooperative consulting in a needsoriented manner and work goaloriented with our specialists and partners in sales
You expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our bank
You represent the bank at customer and public events
