We are currently seeking a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) - Human Resources at our Düsseldorf location.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in recruiting processes from job postings to hiring new team members
  • Participation in HR projects and continuous development and optimization of internal HR processes
  • Support in employee benefit projects
  • Maintenance of electronic personnel files
  • Processing of reporting and certification requirements
  • Management of absences and vacation planning
  • General personnel administration tasks

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in the field of HR/Recruiting
  • Team spirit, passion, and enthusiasm
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
