Welcome to the team
We are currently seeking a receptionist (m/f/d) or receptionist trainee (m/f/d) to join our team at
St. Lukas Specialist Clinic in Bad Griesbach, Bavaria.

We are a privately owned clinic for psychosomatics (rehabilitation + hospital) and psychiatry. We provide inpatient psychosomatic hospital treatments and rehabilitation measures (rehab). The specialist hospital has 80 beds, the rehab has 43 beds, and the psychiatry department has 10 beds. At the St. Lukas Medical Center, we treat psychosomatic illnesses on an outpatient basis and ensure the primary care of our patients.


Your responsibilities

  • Point of contact for patient inquiries
  • Reservation and admission planning
  • Conducting admission and discharge interviews
  • Checkin and checkout of patients
  • Billing
  • Organizational tasks (transfers, kiosk items, etc.)
  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Handling patient inquiries at the front desk

Your profile

  • Completed training (hotel management, office management, healthcare or similar)
  • Career changers are welcome
  • Experience in administrative work is desirable
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Open, friendly demeanor and wellgroomed appearance
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent, flexibility, and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in German, both
