YOUR TASKS

Point of contact for contractual legal matters within procurement (e.g. supplier contracts, claim management)
Preparation and negotiation of commercial specifications for subcontractors
Commercial preparation and negotiation of contractual changes (e.g. changes in services, negotiation of additional costs)
Structured and complete preparation, documentation, assertion, and status tracking of all claims, as well as their negotiation based on existing contract conditions with other parties until an agreement is reached
Monitoring of supplier claims
Participation in the creation and implementation of cross-functional initiatives, e.g. training, standards
