To meet the constantly increasing hygiene requirements in our poultry sausage production, we at Höhenrainer have our own department that specifically takes care of the extensive aspects of cleaning.

To organize this versatile department, we are looking for a Cleaning Department Manager (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Recording and tracking of tasks and time, as well as scheduling of cleaning personnel
  • Training and instruction of new employees
  • Independent use of cleaning and disinfectant concentrates in accordance with application guidelines (concentration, exposure time, safety guidelines)
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of hygiene areas
  • Creation, implementation, and monitoring of compliance with application guidelines, safety concepts, training, and work instructions
  • Planning and execution of special cleanings
  • Inspection of cleaning results of externally cleaned systems
  • Ordering of cleaning tools, materials, and supplies
  • Preparation, distribution, and documentation of hygiene materials and cleaning agents
  • Conducting inventories
  • Evaluation of suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Education and work experience in the cleaning and food industry
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and quick comprehension
  • Basic computer skills can be taught
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
