Your area of work includes:

Needsbased design, organization, and implementation of open children and youth work based on the facility's concept
Design, organization, and implementation of locationbased children and youth work activities, as well as excursions and trips, in line with the overall concept of the facility and taking into account internal team responsibilities, the needs and wishes of users, the facility's annual plan, and the "Quality Management Handbook for Berlin Youth Leisure Facilities"
