Your responsibilities
- Independently posting job advertisements
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through various recruiting channels
- Building and maintaining a talent pool
- Reviewing incoming applications, coordinating appointments, and other administrative tasks
- Advising and supporting colleagues in personnel procurement measures
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree successfully
- You already have some experience in recruiting
- You are a team player and customeroriented
- You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications
