To support our Finance department, we are currently looking for a Fleet Services Coordinator (m/f/d) in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

You will independently manage and administer our fleet management.
As an expert and first point of contact, you will support our internal vehicle users.
In collaboration with HR, you will handle the ordering of new vehicles, negotiate prices, and ensure proper invoicing and approval.
You will also be responsible for correspondence and office organization related to fleet management.

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in fleet management and hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
