Dispatcher (m/f/d) in the Service Department

These are your tasks:

Efficient processing of service requests in the ERP system to ensure smooth order management
Planning and optimization of routes for our service technicians to ensure effective scheduling
Precise coordination of appointments with both our customers and end consumers to ensure punctual service and increase customer satisfaction
Careful, accurate and transparent handling and invoicing of service requests

This is what sets you apart:

Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, forwarding agent, office manager (m/f/d) or a relevant degree (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, logistics management)
Experience in customer service, inside sales or sales with direct customer contact
Comprehensive knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
Strong communication skills, organizational ability and solutionoriented mindset
Independent, structured and precise way of working
