Responsibilities

To support our growing team at our location in Aachen, we are currently looking for a:
HR Business Partner (m/f/d) part-time

What will be your tasks?
Independent management of a human resources department for our clients, including:

Recruitment of new employees, including conducting interviews
Advising managers on all personnel issues
Employee support
Management and, if necessary, implementation of performance management
Participation in HR projects and optimization of all HR processes
Focus on and further development of a chosen HR area

Qualifications

What sets you apart?

Completed (university) degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
At least 1 year of professional experience
Fluent in English
Confident and convincing appearance
Initiative, teamwork and communication skills
Consulting skills, structured and goaloriented work
