Interdisciplinary Infusion Clinic at Grove City - Medical Assistant (w/d/m)



The Medical University of Hannover (MHH), with approximately employees, is the largest state-owned enterprise in Lower Saxony. It is a university institution for research and teaching in human and dental medicine, and a supramaximal care university hospital. Research, teaching, patient care, and administration work hand in hand in an integrated model on the MHH campus. The interdisciplinary infusion clinic (IIA) was newly opened in March 2019 and has been steadily growing since then. The IIA provides outpatient infusion therapy for patients from the departments of dermatology, gastroenterology, pneumology, immunology, rheumatology, nephrology, and neurology. The care team is interdisciplinary, bringing together expertise from nursing and administration (medical assistants). We are currently seeking additional support for our team and look forward to having you join us.

Your responsibilities
  • Providing care for patients during infusions (blood draws, placement of access points, monitoring infusions) and documenting accordingly
  • Managing the clinic and patient administration
Our requirements
  • Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA), ideally with work experience
  • Knowledge/experience with PC programs (SAP, billing systems, Sharepoint)
  • Customer service orientation, ability to
