Sr. Manager/Director of Digital Design
Qualification:
- MS-EE and 10+ years' experience
- Previous handson and management experience of both frontend and backend design and teams
- Working knowledge of common (Synopsys/Cadence/Siemens) EDA tools
- In depth understanding of digital design fundamentals and flow
- Understanding of analog integration flow
- Demonstrated capability to drive teams to successful product introduction
- Demonstrated capability to attract and retain talent
