Job DescriptionIndustrial mechanics are responsible for the machines and equipment in our power plants. They manufacture device parts and assemblies for machines, assemble production machines, modify them, inspect, maintain, and repair them. The training consists of core qualifications that are common to all industrial metal professions, as well as specific technical qualifications. The core qualifications are integrated with the specific technical qualifications throughout the entire training period. The necessary theoretical knowledge is taught in vocational school as part of the dual education system.
