As an Individual Insurance Agent with Allstate, you will independently work to drive new business by selling our products to protect our customers.

Agent Requirements - you must meet these standards first:

  • Experience in sales or client services preferred.
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • P&Clicensed (or can obtain them prior to joining).
  • Basic computer skills.

Job Requirements

  • 23 years' experience in sales or client service environment
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Must obtain the state property & casualty licenses prior to getting appointed with Allstate
  • Basic computer skills (preferred)
  • Commissioned sales experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance industry (preferred)
