Your tasks – what you'll do with us

You develop and implement a future-oriented, company-wide talent management strategy for identifying, developing, and retaining talent.
You oversee the entire talent management process, train managers and multipliers, conduct talent reviews independently, and develop development programs for our HOCHBAHN talents.
You ensure transparency about our company-wide talent situation and link it to strategic succession planning.
You demonstrate the success of our talent management process, including its tools and development programs, through monitoring.
