Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

Technical operation of systems:
You are responsible for the technical operation of the technical building equipment (TGA)

Ensuring proper condition:
You ensure the proper condition of buildings, properties, and technical building equipment, especially media supply technology

Monitoring of automation processes:
You monitor the automation processes of our TGA systems to ensure compliance with user-specific parameters, including quality assurance.

Organization of maintenance and repair activities:
You organize maintenance and repair activities and plan connected maintenance during operational downtime.

Coordination and management of external companies:
