As the Equal Opportunities and Gender Equality Officer, you will advise and support the university management and the women's representatives in accordance with BremHG and LGG in fulfilling their legal obligations and tasks.

You will actively contribute to the strategic development planning of the university in accordance with Section 103 BremHG.

In this context, you will independently develop formats and concepts for promoting women, gender equality, and anti-discrimination work at HfK, in consultation with the women's representatives in accordance with BremHG and LGG.

You will identify the need for action in terms of dismantling structural barriers and, together with the women's representatives in accordance with BremHG and LGG, develop or revise statutes and strategic plans to address these barriers.
