Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic legal advice in the areas of data protection and cybersecurity
  • Consultation on national and international data protection projects (employee data protection, compliance of products/services, data transfers, big data) as well as IT outsourcing projects
  • Data protectionrelated disputes with a focus on proceedings regarding requests for information from data subjects and proceedings with data protection authorities
  • Development of strategic compliance concepts, including implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation
  • Consultation on crossborder data transfers
