Hello, good afternoon. I would be interested in painting the entire house, either in one color or a maximum of two. Also an exterior patio, in white.
I would also like to install click vinyl flooring, of good quality with its baseboard, for all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen included.
Change the kitchen sink.
Also in the bathrooms, change all the faucets, as well as the shower hoses and shut-off valves. I would also like to remove the bidet from one of the bathrooms and check the mechanisms of the toilet.
Do a review of the sliding windows as not all of them close properly. I think that would be all, maybe I'll remember some small things later.
I would like all of this to be of good quality (more or less).
I would like it to be finished in September. Or at most, start the work in September and finish in October. The apartment will be unoccupied during the renovation.
