Located just outside the city gates of Bremen, the county of Osterholz offers a popular recreational area that also maintains its traditions while looking towards the future. It provides an attractive and efficient economic area with a good infrastructure and diverse commercial areas. PrOzesS is a support concept aimed at strengthening the emotional and social development of elementary school children. It is carried out in cooperation with the Lower Saxony State School Authority. Special education teachers and social pedagogical specialists (m/f/d) work in tandems at different elementary schools in the county. These positions are characterized by independent and mobile work.
