Responsibilities:

You will independently handle the operational personnel management of a defined group of employees, from recruitment to hiring and separation.
You will be responsible for supporting and advising managers and employees on all personnelrelated matters.
You will ensure compliance with labor laws in daily business operations.
You will maintain an overview when drafting, reviewing, and negotiating collective agreements and regulations.
You will contribute to the implementation of modern HRrelated tools and processes, as well as continuously improve and implement HR processes.
You will regularly analyze and manage all personnel activities using appropriate metrics.

Profile:

You have completed a specialized vocational training.
You have several years of experience in the HR field, ideally in the automotive industry.
Excellent knowledge of labor and social security law is desirable.
Your independent, systematic, reliable, and serviceoriented work style sets you apart.
You are proactive, dedicated, and have a strong work ethic, as well as a confident and convincing demeanor.
