Then here is your new mission: In the future, you will support customers of our software solution ANTRAGO with technical support. With your technical know-how, you will find solutions and make the daily work of our users in the education sector easier. In this key role, you will not only handle customer inquiries, but also build long-term and positive relationships.

Your key tasks

  • Problem understanding and analysis: You quickly grasp the diverse customer requirements and precisely analyze the problem situation using your in-depth process understanding.
  • Solution-oriented action: Depending on the situation, you prepare software errors for the specialist department or support software users with your comprehensive knowledge.
  • Customer communication: You actively contact our customers, both by phone and email, and provide direct assistance via TeamViewer.
  • Documentation: Your created manuals and instructions serve as a sustainable knowledge
