  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for customers
  • Independent handling of service tasks
  • Identifying specific sales opportunities from service contacts
  • Directly addressing customers during central sales campaigns
  • Sales-oriented handover to advisors
  • Scheduling of consultation appointments
