As an independent project management company with approximately 20 employees, we realize challenging large-scale projects for both public and private clients (office locations in Kassel, Bremen, and Frankfurt). We are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to their projects. Join our project team, which leads projects to success with competence and passion. Our project work is characterized by collaborative action and direct contact with project participants.

Your responsibilities

Project management of demanding construction projects for the public sector
Communication with all project participants, conducting meetings
Joint development of solution strategies for project realization
Review of planning to ensure quality and cost goals are met
Review of performance specifications for compliance with cost calculation specifications
Monitoring of planning, procurement, and execution deadlines
Cost control

Requirements

Completed university degree in architecture or civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering
Approximately 2 years of experience in project management or planning/implementation of construction projects
Solid technical knowledge
Experience in procurement and contract management (VOB)
