YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for a section of indirect purchasing in Germany
  • You participate in the processing of purchase orders and maintain master data using existing IT systems (SAP & Coupa)
  • You conduct troubleshooting with suppliers and internal customers
  • You handle complaints and claims
  • You support in the preparation and execution of negotiations
  • You are responsible for optimizing and maintaining procurement processes and implementing purchasing policies

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and retail clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • You already have initial professional experience in the area of indirect, operational
