The Company:
With around 240 employees, the Bildungs company provides support for education.


LOCATION: Zschortau Elementary School


WORKING HOURS: 22 hours per week


START DATE: August 21, 2023


Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our team, particularly in school companionship
  • Assisting an 8yearold child:
  • Supporting the learning process
  • Assisting with interactions
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents
  • Promoting focus during lessons
  • Explaining and reviewing material in small steps
  • Keeping detailed progress documentation
The work will be exclusively with and for one child.


We Won't Leave You Alone:


If you join us as a school companion, you will always have the support of your regional team while working independently with the child.

The team leader is a professional who will be your first point of contact.

As we mainly work in the entire districts of Mittelsachsen and Nordsachsen, the regional team structures ensure networking among school companions.

We promote a sense of unity through participation in staff meetings and also through shared leisure activities.
