Your role as an Autohaus Consultant/Process Coach (m/f/d)

Indepth analysis of customer structures and processes
Cost center analysis and capturing of business key figures
Creation of action plans and strategy papers in the field of digital transformation
Presentation of results and implementation plans at executive/board level
Operational support of change processes in all relevant areas
Conceptual work within project developments and acquisitions

Your profile

Several years of leadership/consulting experience in an autohaus or car dealership
Solid knowledge of business KPIs in the autohaus industry
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strategic thinking
High methodological competence for successful and independent project implementation
Experience in implementing digital training transformations
Willingness to travel
Serviceoriented and customerfocused approach
Good English skills
