Responsibilities:

You establish an agile mindset in your development team and throughout the company by applying agile tools/techniques and methods
You support and guide your agile development team in consistently applying, optimizing, and developing agile work methods
To achieve the planned goals together with your team, you promote selforganization and responsibility among your colleagues
In close communication with your team, you bring in your experience, new ideas, and impulses and act as an input provider and consultant for change measures
To promote team development and the development of intersoft as a learning organization, you regularly exchange ideas with other managers
To have a clear overview of your team's performance, you establish transparency regarding status and important key figures
Organizing and moderating meetings and workshops (within your development team) falls within your area of responsibility
You are eager to actively shape your own role, tasks, and development in your product line and at intersoft
