We always strive to improve - and for that, the feedback from our customers is crucial. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Complaint Management

  • Independent processing of written complaints/suggestions (email, social media, mail) in consultation with the relevant departments
  • Complaint controlling and the associated determination of key figures for complaint causes
  • Revision and maintenance of a knowledge database for customer service

Quality Management

  • Development of optimization measures in cooperation with the responsible departments
  • Content and communicative support for the introduction of new products and services with a strong customer focus
  • Continuous monitoring of the customer experience to better consider customer needs in the development process

We expect:

  • Relevant professional experience in customer service
  • Experience in sales/marketing/corporate communication
