We always strive to improve - and for that, the feedback from our customers is crucial. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement for our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Complaint Management
- Independent processing of written complaints/suggestions (email, social media, mail) in consultation with the relevant departments
- Complaint controlling and the associated determination of key figures for complaint causes
- Revision and maintenance of a knowledge database for customer service
Quality Management
- Development of optimization measures in cooperation with the responsible departments
- Content and communicative support for the introduction of new products and services with a strong customer focus
- Continuous monitoring of the customer experience to better consider customer needs in the development process
We expect:
- Relevant professional experience in customer service
- Experience in sales/marketing/corporate communication
