What we offer:
  • You will complete a comprehensive, three-year degree program with alternating study phases at a university of applied sciences and practical phases in various insurance areas of the HDI Group, such as private and commercial insurance.
  • We will introduce you to all relevant areas of the insurance industry. You will gain insights into product development, sales, and claims handling in the private and commercial customer segments.
  • You will have the opportunity to simultaneously complete an apprenticeship as an insurance and financial services clerk - and that's not all.

Start date
Location-dependent: August 1st or September 1st

What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and take on challenging tasks independently
  • Good English skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
