We are currently seeking a caregiver (full-time or part-time) for the Ingweilerhof Senior Center in Reipoltskirchen, Sterling, KS.


Responsibilities:

  • Individual and creative daily activities
  • We welcome your personal ideas
  • Motivation and encouragement for daily activities
  • Accompanying residents on outings, events, or walks
  • Preparation and implementation of group and individual activities
  • Ensuring optimal psychosocial support

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a caregiver according to 43b SGBXI
  • High level of empathy
  • Independent work style
  • Strong sense of responsibility for the people entrusted to us
  • Empathy and social competence in dealing with residents and their families
  • Willingness to work, team spirit, and creativity
