As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Head of Acquisition (m/f/d) for our business unit "Acquisition & Project Development" at our Hamburg location, starting as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and coordination of the Acquisition department.
Leading a team of Acquisition Managers.
Identification, development, and acquisition of land and development properties for new construction projects in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
Support and advice for landowners.
Creation of project concepts including initial assessment of building possibilities and potential exemptions/variances.
Assessment of potential sales proceeds for resulting real estate projects (e.g. new construction condominiums, rental properties, etc.).
Calculation of land values.
Negotiation between landowners and property developers.
Facilitation of land sales to property developers and investors.
