Our partner, GEOMAGIC GmbH, is looking for a Technical Customer Support (m/f/d) / Application Specialist (m/f/d) at their location in Leipzig.

Responsibilities:

  • As a team player with relevant knowledge in application operation, traditional application servers, and/or cloud, you will support our customers/users and respond to inquiries regarding technical topics.
  • Your strong communication skills and nativelevel German language proficiency will help you work with customers to identify requirements and improvement opportunities for our software.
  • You will also be responsible for quality assurance and management, as well as testing, error analysis, and documentation.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of databases and can assist with configuration and use of the application.
  • Thanks to you, our developed applications for coordinating operational business are always functioning optimally.

Qualifications:

  • Do you have a technical education, ITrelated degree, or similar?
  • Are you experienced in application operation, traditional application servers, and/or cloud?
  • Are you a communicative team player with a quick grasp?
