Your tasks:


  • Supervising accommodations in Brooklyn Heights and surrounding areas
  • Being the point of contact for all questions
  • Assisting with organizing appointments (vaccinations, testing, examinations)
  • Accompanying and supporting residents in their daily lives
  • Conducting various activities with residents
  • Providing comfort and reassurance
  • Providing advice on internal and external counseling, support, and assistance services
  • Maintaining the person registration system and office organization
  • Assigning rooms for new residents and familiarizing them with the facility and its procedures
