Administrative Support for General Administration and Personnel Affairs:

for the Department of Cross-Functional Personnel Issues and Management in the Main Office - Office for Personnel, Organization, and IT
The Department of Cross-Functional Personnel Issues and Management is responsible for both cross-functional, city-wide personnel issues and traditional cross-sectional tasks of the office.
Your role will be within the team "Internal Office Management Support" and will include processing personnel, organizational, and general administrative matters, as well as handling and developing central internal office topics to ensure quality.
Your tasks include:
- Processing personnel, organizational, and general administrative matters
- Advising departments and employees
- Responsible coordination of the application process for the establishment of the main office's staffing plan
- Preparation and processing of target agreements for gender equality according to the office's equality plan, including controlling the implementation of measures
- Participation in departmental and crossoffice working groups (e.g. in the citywide working group for gender equality) and acting as secretary for the Committee for Digitization and General Administrative Organization.
Your profile:
- Individuals with the qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service or administrative specialist or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of general service and collective bargaining law, as well as the city's business instructions and collective agreements, or the willingness to acquire this
