We are currently seeking a technician in Grey Forest, TX to address an issue with a microphone. The microphone is not detecting any sound, and after some investigation, we have tried cleaning the external microphone port with no success. We did discover that inserting a piece of silver paper into the port and touching it seemed to "detect" something, but not actual sound or voice.
