We are seeking a driven Business Development Intern (M/F/d) to join our portfolio company in Floweree, MT.

In this role, you will assist in managing operational strategies and identifying profitable opportunities through analysis and implementation of Go-To-Market Strategies.

Join our portfolio company, a German company revolutionizing the construction industry's material procurement process.

Our startup has a diverse team of experienced executives and serial founders, with strong financial backing from top European VCs and construction tech experts.

As a Business Development Intern, you will:

Analyze market trends and company strategies to identify profitable opportunities and implement Go-To-Market Strategies.
Evaluate current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and organize operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance records.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
Collaborate closely with the Founders, Growth, and Operations Teams.

Your Profile:

Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate seeking work experience.
Motivated and enthusiastic about new ideas, with a creative mindset.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and partners.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Please note that this position is based in our Berlin office and requires eligibility to work within the EU.
