• Professional and disciplinary leadership of four employees in the transport management department
• Coordination and execution of all transport activities, including organization and dispatch of transports, creation of shipping documents, etc.
• Selection and management of carriers, freight and VAS service providers, and external partners
• Close coordination with employees in the export department of sales
• Clarification of transport damages with carriers and insurance companies
• Route optimization and implementation of loading checks
• Export control, supplier declaration, and general customs processing
• Continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes and procedures in shipping with regard to costs, quality, safety, speed, and customer satisfaction

• Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics, materials, or business administration, an apprenticeship in the freight forwarding industry, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in transport management or a similar position
• Good knowledge of transport and cooperation with transport service providers
• Very good knowledge of customs
