Job Description:

Supervision and coordination of the team
Point of contact and host in the restaurant operation
Control of all stations and the bar
Scheduling of shifts
Distribution of tips
Liaison between bar, service, and kitchen staff
Daily accounting
Training of new employees
Ordering of supplies

Qualifications:

Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in the hospitality industry, hotel industry, or several years of professional experience
Good German and English skills
Charming demeanor and good manners
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Physical fitness and confident demeanor
Enjoyment and fun in working with guests and as part of a team
Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
