We are looking for a full-time or part-time social worker (m/f/d) as a location coordinator for our team as soon as possible for our team in the ambulatory services according to §§ 67 ff SGB XII (types of services WuW and BEW).

AS A LOCATION COORDINATOR FOR EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE IN FRIEDRICHSHAIN WE ARE HAPPY IF YOU:
* have a degree in social work / social pedagogy (diploma, bachelor, master's degree)
