We are looking for a Head of Research and Development (m/f/d)

Full-time permanent position - Partial home office possible

NET is a medium-sized manufacturer of customized camera solutions for industrial and medical technology applications. With our innovative smart vision solutions, we contribute to the success of our customers worldwide. NET is part of the TKH Group.


To achieve our ambitious goals and desired growth, we are looking for a Head of Research and Development for our dedicated team in Finning as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • You will be responsible for leading and organizing the research and development department
  • You will maintain close contact and exchange with the management and team leaders
  • You will have overall responsibility for the entire development process and life cycle of cameras, as well as their firmware and software
  • You will support in strategic product planning, development and commercialization, as well as optimizing existing products
  • You will be in direct contact with customers during development processes
  • You will always keep an eye on market potential, company goals, and the competitive landscape

Your qualifications:


  • You have a degree in a business/technical field
  • You have several years of professional experience in electronics development
  • You have extensive knowledge in implementing business and development strategies
  • You have experience in project management and project leadership
  • You have a high technical and economic affinity
  • You have organizational talent with a goaloriented, methodical, and analytical way of thinking and working
