Your Responsibilities:
- Active customer support and processing of export orders
- Complaint management
- Coordination of shipment orders
- Creation of transport documents
- Invoicing of shipments
- Preparation of quotes
- Creation of monthly reports and adherence to quality standards
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, as well as professional experience in air freight handling
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in common MS Office programs
- Motivation and team spirit
- High customer orientation
- Service and customer orientation, as well as market knowledge and contacts in the air freight sector
- Flexible and independent working style with good analytical skills
- Resilient and strong communication skills
