- Attend to members' needs, including emergency aid and reporting abuse when necessary
- Implement treatment goals and crisis management techniques
- Collect and maintain individualized data
- Adhere to all licensing requirements
- Transport members to various locations and maintain vehicle documentation
- Follow agency procedures for purchasing and accounting
- Administer medications and conduct medication training for clients
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure safety of members
- Complete reports, progress notes, and attend meetings as required
- Participate in required training
- Report to assigned site as scheduled and follow agency policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Education - High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
- Experience - Six months of related experience preferred, company will provide necessary training if required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have DPS Level I fingerprint clearance
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification as required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Negative TB test result
