Role & Responsibilities:


  • As a member of our team, you will be involved in the entire M&A process, from identifying potential targets to integrating them into our company.
  • Your main responsibilities will include scouting and validating new M&A targets, managing the M&A database and pipeline, and supporting the acquisitions team in growing our business worldwide.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting market and competitor analyses, and working crossfunctionally with our global team to develop new processes and analytics.
  • Additionally, you will be the goto person for approaching and setting up initial calls with potential targets.

Requirements:


  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or marketing.
  • You have previous work experience, such as internships or student jobs.
  • You have a proactive and handson mentality, with a natural entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
