The tasks of the offices in the tax offices are diverse and include personnel and property management, organization of the office, and management of budget resources.

**The advertised position includes the following tasks: - Administration of training dates

  • Processing of electronic mailboxes
  • Management of furniture
  • Processing of files
  • Material management and distribution
  • Assistance in personnel, organizational, and budget matters as assigned
  • Processing of flextime and vacation accounts, as well as sick leave
  • Maintaining the deadline control book
- and occasionally handling travel expense matters

  • Assistance in budget matters (e.g. EPOS NRW)
  • Management of company vehicles
  • Reception duties
A change in tasks within the office is possible at any time.

The position in the office is classified in
pay group 6 TV-L.

  • Office management assistants
  • Wholesale and foreign trade merchants
  • Industrial clerks
